4) What kind of information or support you need

For buying the technical website account, the price will be charged according to time period.
For 1 week usage, SMCV will charge 70 EUR.
For 1 month usage, SMCV will charge 280 EUR.
For 1 year usage, SMCV will charge 2000 EUR.

Normally the payment will be through PayPal.
